You will not be eligible for refunds if you have been banned or violated the terms of use / server rules.
In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if Sunrise Conquer staff determines that you are abusing the refund policy.

Also please note that the order shouldn't have more than 48 hours passed and the funds should be already in the account.
If your case doesn't meet these requirements, You are not able to ask for a refund and disputing any refund case would cause a permanent ban to your account and your agreement on this policy will be used against you to close and end the case in our behalf.
Sunrise Conquer will review yoiur request and will generally notify you via email of the results within 3~4 bussines days.
BitCoin payments and Mobile Payments are non-refundable.
