Walkthrough:

1. Find Unknown Man ( 212,204) in Market. He is so pathetic and will beg you to give him 1000 silvers, after that, he will ask you to buy Drunk Celestial produced by the Flying with Moon Restaurant in Twin City.

2. Go to Twin City and find Shop boy (420,350), the waiter of Flying with Moon Restaurant. Talking with him, you will learn 3000 silvers needed to pay for Drunk Celestial. Buy it, then take it to Unknown Man.

Note: Drunk Celestial can not be traded, stored in warehouse or item box; once dropped, it will disappear.

3. Give Unknown Man the Drunk Celestial, he will draw the energy from the Dragonball and pass energy into your body so that you can gain experience points, but only once a day.

The maximum for using DragonBalls per day is 1 Dragonball below level 100 and 2 Dragonballs above level 100.
